Never thought I'd do this mission again since it is so badly designed, but here we are. Your starting position is horrendous. You have a decent starting force of 6 Abrams TUSK 2, 4 maxed out Terminators, a Hercules, 8 maxed out deltas, 8 exosoldiers, and 4 Pumas. You need to keep this starting force alive since you barely have the resources to deploy anything other than infantry for a while. Move your main armored formation forward and keep the Pumas away since they don't have Spike ATGMs and are dead weight. Support your tanks by filling the conveniently placed warehouses with deltas and exosoldiers. Deltas are better on the right flank since half of the enemy armor comes from there and exosoldiers are better on the left flank since most of the Shershen teams come from there. Do your best to take no casualties. Once the base is set up, you'll want to build refineries on the only resource fields available. Use the Chimera one on the oil field and the US one on the aluminum field. Rush a Chimera barracks and 2 prisons since your main income source in this mission will be POWs. Train 2 SAS snipers and ferry them with the Pumas towards the bank. Take note of the 3 Jackals hiding nearby. You can clear them with an Abrams or the Pumas. Once they are dealt with, get into position and snipe all the Punishers inside. Once that's done, send all your deltas to garrison it and put the extra troops nearby. That bank will serve as your main POW farm, you'll just need a US sniper on hold fire to capture them since there is an artillery turret close by. Simultaneously, you'll want to get a US barracks and start pumping out Javelins for your flanks and Stingers for the right flank. Make sure you develop your base and get a logistical center set up quickly to produce another Hercules and research the US resource tech. You'll also need a US field hospital to pump out Dustoffs and to conveniently trade POWs for Aluminum. Once all of that is set up, you'll naturally want to rush the DEFCON phases and Chimera protocols, so use your starting armored force to take over the Aluminum field closest to your base and start exploiting it. Be careful not to advance too far, otherwise, the Koalitsijas stationed in the enemy base will shell you. Speaking of which, they are what make this mission such a pain since after a set amount of time, the main enemy base will upgrade their attack waves and send out 6 of them periodically to attack you for the rest of the mission. They are all maxed out and will obliterate any ground unit or building if they get their guns to bear, the keyword being "if". Dealing with them is actually pretty easy, you just need a squadron of 8 maxed out Apaches with some F-35s as support. This is why you needed to rush DEFCON 2. Build a US helipad and armory if it is not already done and start pumping them out and upgrading them. If you have the resources to spare, set up the US air control center and mash out the F-35s as well as the radar upgrade. Keep in mind that the enemy will bring their THOR control centers online when they upgrade their attack waves, so set up your heavy SAM network by deploying some maxed out Anteys and you'll also need a maxed out Rhino for spotting purposes. This will cost a fair bit of rare earth, which is why the Chimera prisons are so important. If you have an outpost built to accommodate the extra resources, use humanitarian corridor 2 to immediately receive 3500, which is more than enough. If you don't have an outpost set up, you'll lose 500 to storage overflow. Once your air force is online, you'll want to attack the weakly defended western base to secure the large aluminum fields nearby and capture Cartel assets. Mash out some Marines and another Antey to support the push since the base builds Comanches and the AI really dislikes your presence there. It will shift half its THOR strikes to target that base and divert all attack waves from the main base towards it if you capture it. Once the base is taken, deploy a Cartel HQ in your starting area and start expanding that base. Send a Rhino towards the base for spotting purposes and hold it for as long as possible. With all faction's assets at your disposal, set up your infinite resource producers, all superweapons, all production and research facilities. After that point, it's just a matter of deciding how you want to end the main HQ and you're done. Just remember to complete all other objectives first for completion purposes. This mission is infamous for a reason, but it is not impossible.
