Packard Bell Easynote TS11-HR teardown and rebuild

Well this was a fun one! A complete teardown of a Packard Bell Easynote laptop and mainboard removal just to change the thermal paste on the core i5-2410M CPU.

This laptop was gifted to us as non working so I decided to replace the battery, upgrade to hard drive to an SSD and increase the RAM for a faster dual channel 8GB capacity. Then it was on to a fresh copy of Windows 10 and the laptop is now responsive, fast to boot up and ready for donation to a local charity.
