With the SECU committee in Ottawa resuming this week (the political body deciding on the new C-21 gun ban legislation), the Liberal/NDP coalition, with the backing of the Bloc, took a major hit with Safety Minister Mendecino's appearance being lambasted by the Conservatives.

At this point in SECU, MP Lloyd, with the help of RCMP Larkin exposed the absolute ludicrousness of basing culture shattering legislation on such a miniscule number of offenses. The facts are, as always, overwhelmingly on our side - but the Liberal/NDP/Bloc are more than happy to ignore facts to push political agendas.
