Ingredients:
For the filling
1 onion medium size| minced
8 cloves garlic | minced
2-inch ginger | minced
2 tbsp fish sauce
2 pcs soft shell crabs’ small size | minced
5 pcs prawn big size | minced
1 tbsp ground pepper
2 medium young coconut (shredded)
3 cups coconut milk
1 medium size lemon grass
20 pcs taro leave | cleaned

For the Sauce:
3 cups thick coconut milk
5 cloves garlic | minced
1 medium size onion | chopped
1 medium size ginger | chopped
1 tbsp ground pepper
2 tsp salt
