2024 Summer Youth Transition Panel

SUMMER YOUTH TRANSITION PANEL 2024 / PANEL DE TRANSICIÓN JUVENIL DE VERANO 2024

A select group of alumni from our Integrated Transition Program (https://www.sinergiany.org/autism-ini...) will be sharing their unique stories and experiences about high school, life and the future with the audience. “The Summer Youth Transition” panelist will share what they would like people to learn from their stories and how they can be better supported.

This presentation is aimed at teens and young adults who have a disability and are transition aged to watch and share with their families and support system. The audience will have an opportunity to engage with the presenters at the end of the presentation for a Question-and-Answer session.

This panel is made possible by the REAL Transition Grant and is a partnership with SPAN Parent Advocacy Network of New Jersey.

Un grupo selecto de ex alumnos de nuestro Programa Integrado de Transición (https://www.sinergiany.org/autism-ini...) compartirá sus historias y experiencias únicas sobre la escuela secundaria, la vida y el futuro con la audiencia. El panelista de “La Transición Juvenil de Verano” compartirá lo que les gustaría que las personas aprendieran de sus historias y cómo pueden recibir un mejor apoyo.

Esta presentación está dirigida a adolescentes y adultos jóvenes que tienen una discapacidad y están en transición para ver y compartir con sus familias y sistema de apoyo. La audiencia tendrá la oportunidad de interactuar con los presentadores al final de la presentación para una sesión de preguntas y respuestas.
