Ingredients
(210mm x 210mm rectangle pan)

(A) Dough:-
1. 220g ( 1+1/2 cup ) All purpose flour
2. 2g ( 1/4 tsp ) Salt
3. 25g ( 2 tbsps full ) Sugar
4. 4g ( 1+1/4 tsp full ) Instant dried yeast
5. 1 Egg
6. 1 tbsp Plain yogurt
7. 115ml Warm milk
8. 25g ( 2 tbsps full ) Soften butter

(B)
1. 40g ( 3+1/2 tbsps full ) Soften butter
2. 75g ( 1/2 cup ) Brown sugar
3. 8g ( 1 tbsp ) Cinnamon powder
4. 50g ( 1/2 cup ) Walnut (chopped)
5. 2 slices Cheddar cheese (cutted)

(C)
1. 1 tbsp Melted butter
2. 1 tbsp Milk

Bake in a preheated 150°C ~ 160°C oven for 20 minutes or till golden brown.
Baking time & temperature may vary depending on the type and accuracy of oven. You may need to adjust your oven temperature accordingly.
