This is part 1 of 3. This "letter" is a story, not only of me, but for many people that deal with depression, anxiety, and other mental illnesses. Throughout the three parts, you see how I went from being suicidal, to getting help, and then pushing forward and having hope. I hope that by sharing my "letter" with you, you become motivated to get the help you need. There's NOTHING wrong with getting help.
