What is Ontogeny? | A New Way to Museum

Ontogeny is the developmental study of an organism's changes through time. For example, not all juveniles look like miniature versions of their parents. Some organisms go through a metamorphosis, while others change little. By studying these changes scientists better understand how organisms lived.
