YES, the NES cartridge slot has a lot of give, but if you don't move the cartridge (advised against in the online manual), you won't have any problems. Is it disappointing that it has this problem with as much as the system costs? Yes, but considering that it offers 0 lag original cartridge gameplay, I can live with it.
