The most creamy, flavorful, and easy one post past recipe! Hope you give it a try. This was made in a 6Quart Instant Pot. If you have a smaller one, you will need to cut the recipe in half.

Ingredients: (you can add any leftover veggies you like)
-1TB Ghee (or oil of choice)
-1TB ground ginger
-1-2TB ground garlic
-Pinch of Carom Seeds
-Pinch of Cumin seeds
-3-4 tsp. pink Himalayan salt
-1/4 tsp red chili powder
-1-2 tsp. garam masala
-500g or 17.6oz pack of pasta (of choice)
-1 Medium Onion, chopped
-1 Bell Pepper, chopped
-1 cup frozen broccoli/cauliflower/carrot mix
-1 cup frozen mixed veggies (peas, carrots, green beans, lima beans)
-2 small (frozen) veggie patties, chopped (optional)
-2 cups (or more if desired) of any Pasta Sauce of choice
-Water up to the MAX line in the Instant Pot
-1/4 cup heavy whipping cream
-cilantro for garnish (optional)
