How to Use Projection and Transference for Shadow Work

Projection and Transference Explained...

In this video, I discuss the psychological topics of projection and transference and provide examples of each.

Projection is where we project repressed parts of ourselves onto others. And Transference is where we transfer the feelings that we have about one person onto another person.

And if we can notice when we're projecting and transferring we can use those projections and transferences as a means to explore into the Shadow toward parts of ourselves that are unconscious.

Whenever we have repressed any part of ourselves or denied any of our feelings, this is when they'll tend to get projected and transferred onto others.
