Still not pregnant even though you're doing everything right? The answer might be in your leggings. In this video, I reveal how common synthetic fabrics in activewear could be impacting your fertility through hidden chemicals that disrupt your hormones and reproductive health.
As a double-board-certified OBGYN and reproductive endocrinologist with over 20 years of experience, I’ve seen how overlooked lifestyle factors, including what we wear can affect egg quality, sperm health, and chances of conception. Whether you're actively TTC (trying to conceive) or just want to protect your reproductive wellness, this video will help you understand what’s really at stake and what to do about it.
In this video, you’ll learn:
• The hidden chemicals in your leggings (and how they affect your hormones)
• What the latest research says about phthalates, PFAS, and fertility
• How your clothing could affect IVF success, miscarriage risk, and egg quality
• Four simple tips to reduce exposure and make safer clothing choices
If you’re on a fertility journey or supporting someone who is, this is information you need to hear. Share this with a friend, it might change their path to parenthood.
