In improv, and in life - things go wrong all the time. Understanding the "Yes And" principal helps us to overcome mistakes, stay in the moment and move forward.

"Yes And" is a great lesson for coaches, teachers and other leaders to use everyday. Rather than punishing mistakes we should learn to accept them (yes) and figure out how to build and improve on them (and).
