Tropical Storm Podul has made little gains in the past 24 hours, and while the official 5 am update on the storms intensity has not officially been released yet, the storm is estimated to be between 100 to 110km/h according to weather models.

Podul will be generally steered westward over the next several days, and is generally expected to maintain intensity, if current winds are truly at the estimation above.
Podul may reach T4 status (120km/h), but environmental conditions do not look favourable for the system intensifying to T5 status (167km/h).
This is due to increasingly strong wind sheer over the next 2 days, as well as dry air potentially wrapping the core of Podul.
Thus, peak forecasted winds are expected to reach 110 to 130km/h over the next 24 hours, and the system is forecasted to continue west or west-northwest maintaining strength or slowly weakening in the days following.
Models are currently in agreement for a sharp weakening trend before Podul strikes Taiwan, although we should keep in mind that model guidance has been very tricky to have confidence in so far, and there may be changes in this forecast in the coming days.
