A delegation of TMC leaders, including MP Derek O’ Brien, state ministers Chandrima Bhattacharya and Partha Chatterjee met the Election Commission officials in Kolkata to file a complaint over the alleged attack on Mamata Banerjee in Nandigram.
The TMC delegation that met the CEO has drawn a connection with the removal of Bengal DGP a day before the Nandigram incident. TMC leaders have claimed there is a deep-rooted conspiracy and threat to the life of the chief minister.
