Wild Camping in the Heart of the Brecon Beacons.

Cribyn (meaning Little Ledge) is a mountain in the Bannau Brycheiniog National Park. It has an elevation of 2608 feet and is about 300 feet lower than the neighbouring peaks of Pen y Fan and Corn Du, it is the 8th highest mountain in South Wales. This is one of my favourite camping spots in the Brecon Beacons, the ledge halfway up the mountain on the western side makes for an excellent spot to pitch the tent. I was shadowed by the summit of Cribyn to my east, and I had spectacular views of Pen y Fan to my west. Looking north I had views looking up Cwm Sere Valley and i could see the town of Brecon in the far distance. This really is a magical spot to spend the night. I hope you enjoy the video.
