[Legacy] - Unleashing The Power Of Simic OmniTell - How Does This Donation Deck Stack Up?

Hey all,
I was sent a deck recently: Simic OmniTell.

I wanted to see how does this donation stack up? with relation to the rest of Legacy.

At its core, this is a Show and Tell deck focused on getting Omniscience into play. The rest of the 'core' of the deck involves the 12 'good' cantrips in Legacy (Brainstorm, Ponder, and Preordain), big creatures (2 Emrakul the Aeons Torn, 1 Progenitus), and 4 Force of Will to defend yourself with.

Once you get Omniscience into play, you can either cast Cunning Wish - Shared Summons - grab Emrakul + Progenitus to 'hardcast' off the Omniscience. Of course, if you have Show and Tell, Omniscience and Emrakul, you can Show - Omniscience - 'hardcast' Emrakul and gain an extra turn.

I'm still not convinced that Impulse is very good in this deck (may be better served off by playing a small number of Uro, Titan of Nature's Wrath or playing a 2nd Intuition, etc).
