UPS has a scam in the Philippines.
These Scammer Employees will go through your packages and if there is anything of value IE: Jewelry, laptops,tablets. They then refuse to call you or email you to pay duty and taxes. They then steal your packages and say they "disposed" of them when you call UPS international and get UPS international to investigate.
Scum of the earth people like the employees at UPS in Pampanga, Philippines ( Manila ) are the reasons tourism is being hurt in the Philippines, They are the reason westerners do not trust going to the Philippians. These people are just one more reason the Philippians are being known as the Scammers of the world.
Look at the Google Reviews, We have had personal experiances with this multiple times. Google reviews reveal there have been mass ammounts of people with the same problem.
Why does #ups not fix this problem?
