Amazon vendor central is an invite-only platform for sellers, where businesses can sell their products to Amazon directly. The platform allows the manufacturers and distributors to interact.

Here’s how the core process works -

✅ Amazon lists and sends you the purchase order.
✅ You send the products to Amazon.
✅ Amazon sells its products to its customers.
✅ Amazon pays you, irrespective of the sales, according to the set guidelines.

There are two modes by which you can upload your products in the Amazon Vendor Central platform. These are:

✅ Bulk feed upload
✅ Manual upload

Bulk feed upload:

✅ Log in to your Vendor Central account.
✅ Hover over the Items column and click on "Add Products".
✅ Click on the Amazon button "Select Product Type" and choose the category of your product. Choose all the product types you need and then download the sheet.
✅ Once you have all the product types selected. Enter the UPC/EANs for each product in the box below.
✅ Click "Submit" and you’ll be redirected to a page. Click on the white button that says "Download Spreadsheet."
✅ Fill in the spreadsheet that you will your product details into and upload to Vendor Central.
✅ From the main page in your Vendor Central account under the "Items" column, click the option "Bulk Product Submissions."
✅ Click the Amazon button on the right side "Upload Products" and upload your spreadsheet.

Manual upload:

✅ Go to your Amazon Vendor Central login page. Input your credentials and click “Sign In”.
✅ Go to the “Items” tab, then click “Add products.”
✅ A tab will open that shows “Adding Single Product.” Click it and provide the details needed.
✅ Both modes of upload have their merits. Make sure you explore both to know which works best for you and your business.
