We dropped by Technical Touch HQ at Lommel to hear about the new KYB cartridge kit for WP AER48 or XPLOR48 air forks.

Convert your WP AER48 (motocross) or XPLOR48 (enduro) forks into KYB AOS Spring Forks
Maintains the flex of the original inner and outertubes that has been designed for KTM/Husqvarna frames
The KYB feel combines perfectly with the KTM/Husqvarna character, giving it a very smooth feel, eliminating the harshness while building up a progressive damping profile toward the end of the stroke
Every individual cartridge kit will come with a serial number and a personal setting based on the riders weight and bike

The set includes:
2x Cylinder Assembly
2x Compression Base Valve Assembly
1x set of CNC-machined billet Axle Brackets with serial number
2x Oil Lock Case (Hydraulic Stop)
1x Set of Front Fork Springs + spacers if needed(spring rate according to the weight of pilot / model of bike)
2x 1Liter KYB Front Fork Oil
