I Challenged High School Athletes To A WORKOUT❗️❗️

A true passion of mine is coaching my C1N 7v7 Football Team. As a coach I try to engage with my players not only on the field but off as well. This week I decided to take the team to one of my favorite gyms in Atlanta, Effect Fitness. Far from an ordinary "workout" I challenged them to "keep up" :)
