These questions ultimately point to our Identity. Self-awareness is simply a conscious knowledge of one’s own character, feelings, motives and desires. Accurate self-awareness has the potential to propel us to new heights, safeguard from unnecessary blunders and strengthen relationships.
If ignored, misguided or rejected, it can derail even the best, most skilled and prepared leaders.
