How To Use The Saftey Systems On A Kitesurfing Kite

Welcome to a Tribe Tutorial and our How To Kitesurf series. In this video we are looking at the all important safety systems on our kite bar. This video will showcase what actually happens when you activate your safety systems. Aside from showing you how these systems work, we also go through the process of putting them back together again.

It is very important that you practise using these systems so that it becomes second nature when you really need to use them. Given that individuals don't normally need to use them that regularly, its easy to forget how they work. Second to this it is important to make sure you clean them and test them to ensure they are functioning properly so that if you need to use them they release quickly.
