This spot is useful for shards, that's it. If you don't need shards then it's pointless to grind here.

Arsha is usually empty, but dying even once can set you back a bit.
The reason for that is the boss spawn mechanic, you're basically required to be hitting mobs for 10-20minutes straight in order for the spawn to happen. If you happen to die, move servers or leave area in that timespan the whole event resets and you're back to grinding 10-20min again. And why does that matter? Each boss spawn is giving you around 2-3 shards 1-2 seeds and 2-3 narcs(that's based on the most common key), so each boss is worth around 50mil. Missing one or two or three can really make a difference on a 800mil spot. For example, one hour I tried on arsha I got into some pvp, died few times, killed few times, the usual. Even though I dropped a nail I still made the same amount of silver as in this hour because I only got 2 bosses instead of 4.

In order to grind this spot efficiently you kinda want human dmg crystals but they're not necessary. The difference between standard pve set and human dmg set is around 1-2k trash loot. At some point it stops mattering how much dmg you deal because your pets won't ever keep up anyway.

As for other classes who might perform well here. Archer and maegu can reach 20k+, other classes are stuck at 15k.
