I always loved this classic, Depeche Mode song; the progression; the melody, the groove...oh so good.

Here's my long-time bass student, Kaylynn playing over the track with original basslines we created.

For me, when it comes to basslines, I like the locked-in groove, but with counter-melody. That's what we have here; and I couldn't be more proud of K for pulling it off because this ended up being not the easiest bass piece to play.
