I’ve been watching Loki on Disney+ and I have to say, I’m thoroughly enjoying it. But as fun as this Marvel’s Loki is, it’s just that: Marvel’s Loki. A commercial, branded property of a media conglomerate.

But does that mean that the original Loki of Norse myth who we see in the Edda is real, and that Marvel’s Loki is not?
