7 hour Burger and Fries for Husbando! (From Scratch)🍔🍟🌸
We both love and live for burger! Today I tried to make a brioche bun for the first time, and honestly it could have been better. It was a bit dense and dry, mostly because I added a bit too much flour. So I am not leaving a recipe today. (Today was recipe testing day but I really wanted to show you all that restaurant quality food can be made at home)

Brioche dough : AP flour, yeast, water, eggs, butter, honey, salt, sesame seeds
Ketchup : Tomatoes, onion, garlic, cinnamon, cloves, pepper corn, mace, Cardamom, salt, sugar, vinegar, water, Kashmiri Chili powder (learnt it from @nehadeepakshah s page)
Mustard : Mustard seeds, vinegar, turmeric, onion and garlic powder, salt, sugar, Kashmiri Chili powder
Mayo : Eggs, oil, mustard (from above), lemon juice
Pickle onion : Water, vinegar, dry red Chili, ground pepper corn, salt, sugar, onion 🧅
Patty : Chicken breast, mint, coriander, Kashmiri chili powder, cumin and coriander powder, salt, lemon juice, 1/3 of an egg, green chilies
Extras : lettuce, tomato, cheese(I don’t have rennet!) and butter(it was homemade so don’t go there : “wHy dIDnT yoU maKe thE buTtEr too?”
