Tamiya DT-02 / DT-03 / Grasshopper Race Highlights バッタ＆ DT02 ナイトレース ＠ Carnosa RC Park 🏁 2023 R1

Race highlights from the first round of the 2023 DT-02/03 & Grasshopper Cup Carnosa RC Park. I think great time was had by all! 👏 😁 I did pretty well in the DT-02/03 races. 👍 I tied with points for 2nd place with another driver, we decided who should take 2nd/3rd place by Rock, Scissors, Paper.

I lost! 😅 😂

I also somehow got into the A main in the Grasshopper race, but overall didn't do too well. It was mostly down to my (poor) driving.😅 I, (along with many others!) fell foul of the obstacle cones this time! I had my share of DNF in the DT-02 too!

If you're new here and confused about the races:

RACE FORMAT:
Based on Team Chonmage's rules. Races are in a "deathmatch" style. No marshals needed. If you crash, flip or become stuck during the race, that is where you remain until the end of the race. Though, if at some point you're able to move again, you can continue the race as a "zombie". Points are awarded only if you finish the race.

MACHINE REGULATIONS:

GRASSHOPPER CUP
Kit 380 or Sukoyaka Tuned motor, kit pinion and kit hard body. Friction dampers only, no oil shocks. No rigid suspension. Power is 6 cell NiMH or 2S lipo.

DT-02 / DT-03 CUP
Kit 540 motor, kit spur with either the 17T or 19T pinion. Power is 6 cell NiMH or 2S lipo.
