{Meat Filling}
2 lb Ground pork (or beef)
5 oz Chopped green onion
2 Egg
2 Tbsp Minced garlic
1 Tbsp Bull Head Sha Cha Sauce
4 Tbsp Soy sauce
3 Tbsp Brown sugar
1 Tbsp Cornstarch
1 tsp Black pepper
½ tsp Five-spice powder
1 tsp Sesame oil

{Bun}
Frozen Puff Paratha Asian Pancakes, can be purchased at Kroger, Ralphs etc.
¼ Cup Sesame Seed

{Brown Sugar Water}
1 Tbsp Brown sugar
2 Tbsp Water


Directions:
1. In a mixing bowl, combine ground pork (or beef), chopped green onion, eggs, minced garlic, Bull Head Sha Cha Sauce, soy sauce, brown sugar, cornstarch, black pepper, five-spice powder and sesame oil. Mix until well combined.

2. After the Puff Paratha Asian Pancake is slightly thawed, cut it in half. Place the meat mixture in the center of the half pancake. Slightly stretch the sides of the pancake and fold it over the filling. Enclose and Seal.

3. Dissolve the brown sugar in water and brush it on the bun.

4. Dip the top of the bun in the sesame seeds. Place the bun on a baking sheet (closed end down). Bake in the oven or air fryer at 350F for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
