Week 3: Managing and Forecasting the Supply Chain

In this module, we will explore and expound on the bullwhip effect and the importance of forecasting through CPFR. Furthermore, we study collaboration, the five-step S&OP process, and automation through AI/ML technology enhances supply chain performance and analysis. We analyze supply chain opportunities through Hugos’ five deliverables. Finally, you will improve your Excel skills by learning to generate EQP and ROP analysis. Using Excel tools will build skills to collect, organize and analyze data to make better business decisions.
