In this video I demonstrate how you can use a GY-61(ADXL335) accelerometer as a dual axis level. We use an Arduino Uno for the processing and a .96" OLED display as our interface. You can download the sketch here: https://pastebin.com/992f07s7

The idea is quite simple. We take an initial reading to establish X and Y 0 points. The we sample repeatedly. The difference between the initial sample and the repeated sample is the error with is plotted on the screen as a ball in a circle. If the ball is contained in the circle you are level in two axis's. If the ball is outside the circle, move the device under test in the opposite direction of the ball.
