When you join the secure Smart 911 community, 9-1-1 call takers will be provided with critical information in order to provide you with a quick response when seconds count.


This a free emergency service that lets you put vital details into a secure system that Call Takers can only see when any number verified on the account calls 9-1-1. You’ll even be able to text from your smart phone if you’re unable to speak when a call taker answers your 9-1-1 call.

• Help with identifying the Location of the emergency
• Prepare first responders for situation before arrival
• Get the resources that are needed to address the emergency
• Save your pet in a fire or get your bell code or lock box for first responder access
You can add additional information that can be helpful, as well as information like your address, medical history, mental health conditions, medications, emergency contacts and more!

Your Smart911 profile will provide Call takers and Dispatchers critical information that will help First Responders in an emergency situation. This is the information that could help save your life.
