I had some issue with Ley Lines spawn location. I found out that delaying my AR8 level up for when I'm in Dawn's Winery increased the odds of them spawning in the correct place. I still don't fully understand what the deciding factors are, my current guess is it is tied in some way to the number of Handbook Missions completed.

I discovered you have to do parts of Amber & Kaeya's Story Quests or the game won't let you complete the Epilogue because those character will be busy with their own questlines. You have to progress their quests just enough for them not to appear as interactible npc in Mondstadt.

There are still a bunch of things that can be improved in the route. This run is more to be considered as a milestone than a difficult-to-beat-WR. I fully expect people to be able to save 2 minutes over this by being better and optimizing the sources of xp a bit more. (also faster menu'ing when you know exactly what to do. I goes a long way trust me)
