Someone asked me to upload the Sundance footage I mentioned having on stream when talking about having fun with Sundance and Sundance's grenades especially the EMP grenades. So enjoy this time-travel video :) I'll try to keep the rant to a minimum but short version is Sundance when the Specialist still had EMP grenades made for some funny moments messing with tanks. With early Battlefield 2042 being able to force a vehicle to basically shut down or leave an area was great and considering how powerful vehicles were not just their weapons but all their unlocks and active seats it was a fair thing to have as infantry. It made sense in the original design of the game or original Specialist design of the game where there wasn't a specific anti-tank class there was just infantry vs vehicles. Anyone could equip rocket launchers, explosives, etc. so vehicles were just that powerful for a reason. However when they tacked on the Class system they took away and limited all of that on the infantry side but didn't address any of it on the vehicle side. Basically they cut down what infantry could get and do but they didn't cut down what vehicles could get and do. With how powerful those vehicles were designed to be originally to survive in the Specialist environment they should have been gutted when the Class system was brought on so some form of vehicle vs infantry balance could take place. Currently DICE has only ever looked at infantry vs vehicle balance for Battlefield 2042, they never seem to ever make any real effort to address the other direction. They just keep adding in more powerful and broken vehicles or mechanics.

Sorry for the short video, I'll try to upload something earlier next week maybe Longsword counter stuff since I want to save that instead of just deleting it. Or maybe the GVT footage on Stranded I never uploaded before the patch that nerfed my GVT loadout. It's similar footage since you can't do it anymore or not in the current game like with Sundance.
