Watch the video, this house is likely a health hazard....it reeks.....it smelled much worse on the second day of filming, it was pretty hard to film while directing the drone. Anyrate....the history....... 3300 East 65t was built in 1900, it only had one owner until 1997 when it was purchased by Albert Marbley for $31,900, the owner took out a series of mortgages on the property in Mortgage in 2004 and 2006 which were likely subprime loans because it was foreclosed on shortly afterwords. The banks.....put the house up for auction but it remained unsold, so it seems the chain of possession ended there.



It could have been because the owner died, a fact I had confirmed when a family member contacted me, she confirmed that the owner listed had passed away. The deed is likely lost making just another Zombie house, this as tax bill keeps rising, to date it's delinquent in taxes in the amount of $26,418.00
