***Base Ingredients:
• 2 tbps coconut oil or just enough to cover the bottom of the pot (refined oil was used here, so it won’t taste “coconutty”) https://amzn.to/3eprVFH
• ½ cup Popcorn kernels (this makes about 8-9 cups of popcorn) https://amzn.to/3v6iGRu


***Seasoning Ingredients:

*Classic Movie Theater Style:
• 2 cups of plain popcorn
• 2 tbsp Nutritional Yeast
• 2 tbsp Coconut Oil Butter Flavored
• Salt to taste

*Asian Style:
• 2 cups of plain popcorn
• 1 tsp Toasted Sesame Seeds
• 1 tsp Plain Sesame Oil
• 6-7 Roasted Seaweed Snack sheets
• 1 tsp Kelp Granules
• Salt to taste

*Cinnamon Sweetness:
• 2 cups of plain popcorn
• 1.5 tbsp Coconut sugar
• 1 tbsp Maple Syrup
• 1 tsp Cinnamon

*Salty Chocolate:
• 2 cups of plain popcorn
• ½ cup Chocolate chips
• 1 tbsp Coconut Oil
~~~Melt both, Chocolate chips and Coconut oil, on a double boiler, stirring, until liquified.

***Instructions:
1. Take out a pot with a large surface area with a matching lid. In this video, I used a 5-inch deep, 8-inches across.
2. Make sure the pot is absolutely dry, otherwise, the kernels won’t open.
3. Turn the stove on high heat and add coconut oil.
4. Drop 1 kernel and wait for it to pop.
5. Once the kernel popped, the pot is hot enough to make popcorn.
6. Add popcorn kernels, cover with a lid, and give it a shake.
7. Keep on shaking periodically, so the kernels won’t burn on the bottom.
8. Once the kernels stop popping (it’ll take about a minute and a half or tops 2 minutes), take off from the stove and transfer into a big bowl.
9. Add your favorite seasonings and ENJOY!
