Bailong Elevator Explained In Hindi | Highest & Heaviest Outdoor Elevator | Infrastructure Marvels

Описание к видео Bailong Elevator Explained In Hindi | Highest & Heaviest Outdoor Elevator | Infrastructure Marvels

The Bailong Elevator is a glass double-deck elevator that is 326 meters (1,070 feet) tall and was erected on the side of a massive cliff in Zhangjiajie, People's Republic of China.
.
It is advertised as the world's tallest and heaviest outdoor elevator. The elevator's construction started in October 1999, and by 2002, it had been made public. Because the Wulingyuan region was designated as a World Heritage Site in 2002, the elevator's potential environmental consequences have sparked debate and controversy. In 2002–2003, operations were suspended for ten months, apparently due to safety issues more than environmental ones.
.
The elevator received official recognition as the tallest outdoor elevator in the world on July 15, 2015, from Guinness World Records.
