I QUIT MY PHD PROGRAM (HERE'S WHY)

Yep you read that right, I quit my phd program. For SO long I have hinged my identity and worth on my ability to perform academically. Honestly it wasn't healthy---school was starting to make me deeply unhappy. It took me a while to get to this point, but I ultimately feel like this was the right decision for me!
