i will also post an unlisted video of me doing the tech for the first time, i recreated it 30 minutes later to post this video

as more time passes, people keep mentioning this tech and i mainly see this in shorts (i also heard someone call it lunge swap)
a lot of youtubers make video about this tech, no idea if i'm the first one to come up with this as i've slept for 8 hours when the snapshot released
