We all get the same 24 hours every day.

But, do you ever go through periods in your life when you could almost swear that you’re only getting about half that?!

Maybe you’ve got a huge new product launch at work and are having to put in an extra few hours each side of your regular 9-5.

Or, you’ve got family staying from overseas and feel like you have to bend over backwards to arrange copious cultural excursions (oh, the joys of organised fun…)

OR, you’re getting married (nuff said!)

Whatever your personal circumstances, these periods often leave you feeling drained, depleted and even resentful.

In today’s Life Nugget, we’re going to share a pretty controversial life lesson we’ve learned recently about why it’s VITAL you practice saying NO – even to your nearest & dearest.

Although saying “no” to people you care about can be really, really uncomfortable at first (especially if they’re prone to guilt-trippin!) it’s worth remembering that:
