LIST OF STEPS WITH EXPLANATIONS!!

1. Go to Locca Islands - the reason for this is because they spawn very rapidly there.

2. Choose a party of 3 - the reason for this is because it will disperse the xp amongst party members, leveling everyone at the same time. I believe the party members only get a portion of it, still helps!!

2.5. However, you could argue that the xp disperses amongst others without being in the party, I.E. this is exactly why Krillin and the other Z fighters level up automatically, but my method has not let me down yet! So try!

3. Mass level 5's: Get these from Buu after leveling up training room to level 10 (Bulma's house). Just gotta fight to get it.

4. Make sure you are in the early stages or past level 250 - The reason for this is because the AI will stop you from ramming them if they are higher levels than you or matching you. It sucks and is very annoying, so keep this in mind! If you hit them at a right angle they will not bother you but it is hard when they match your strength.

Side note: You will pull in a lot of Z orbs from this activity as well.

In conclusion, you waste a lot of time fighting Bonyu and Whis, they are not worth it. You gotta trust the process, and keep learning how to ram these guys, HARD!!!
