Aquagel 45 is a cold process universal emulsifier. It is a very efficient emulsifier for personal care emulsions. It can emulsify oils, silicones, and water and produces a very beautiful emulsion.

Aquagel 45 has been designed to primarily create Oil in Water (O/W) emulsion like cream, body lotion, serum and such. It can load a large amount of water over than 90% and yet provides the good stability. It's very useful product and it makes the quality of life of any formulators better.

INCI: SODIUM POLYACRYLATE (and) C13-14 ISOPARAFFIN (and) LAURETH-7

Usage: 1-5%

Method of use:
You can mix Aquagel 45 with water and stir it without machine. The liquid will turn to emulsion easily

VDO shows:
1. Aquagel 45 creates a good emulsion without heating and machine
2. Aquagel 45 absorbs oil upto 30%
3. Aquagel 45 works well with silicone oil to achieve soft touch feeling
4. Aquagel 45 works even better with silicone elastomer
5. Aquagel 45 can build up emulsion viscosity at the final step of emulsion manufacturing process
