I think the competitive advantage that graduates from your program bring to the table is that they're able to have transferrable skills, you know they're understanding how to think about business problems, how to use a framework or a model to take a cart and then put back together and build something that's even stronger. Being able to not just have that broad-based operational knowledge that we see more through HRCI and when you think about their certifications it's HR expertise it's how do we do the administrative and the legal pieces that are important to HR. When we think about the SHRM certifications things that I've learned there were more competency-based and tapping into the HR expertise. Here at Human Capital Growth what you've really been able to do is tap into a gap that we see across the industry and training and say okay how do I think about business problems and how do I think about the people that are involved in the situation and then use that information to evaluate behavior evaluate programs and figure out how to evolve the organization as a whole. So for me, that's really been important and valuable when I think about the graduates that are coming out of your program and you know work that they're coming into you know they're applying on the job. They're not taking time off and going away and learning. They're learning real-world skills and they're applying them every single day as their certifications. You don't necessarily get that in other programs that's something that's unique.
