While browsing in a luxury boutique, I encountered a young woman—bright-eyed and full of enthusiasm.
She approached me with a bright smile, her youthful energy almost infectious.

She had sent me pictures of twenty-four different bags—every single one identical to those in my own collection.
The latest model she mentioned? It was the exact one George Braithwaite had just given me as a gift for our third wedding anniversary.
Mine was authentic. Hers were, too.
