In this video, I'll be sharing my struggles with infertility and five tips to help you cope, survive, and thrive on Mother's Day.
We'll cover how to recognize and feel the emotions, saying "no" to events, asking for help, indulging yourself, and making plans that don't involve Mother's Day. You don't have to face this alone, and I'll remind you of that as we wrap up. If you know someone who could benefit from this video, please share it with them. Thanks for watching!
