Well today I'm going to show you how to make this amazing shrimp Stuffed Loaded Baked Potato extremely loaded with juicy Cajun shrimp and a delicious creamy sauce then top of with four Mexican cheese. Ingredients!
Two russet potatoes ( oil, salt)
1 lb. shrimp
1/2 cup bell peppers
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 tablespoon minced garlic
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon dried parsley
16 oz. four Mexican cheese (divided)
1/2 cup heavy cream
4 tbsps. butter
1/2 cup heavy cream
