We continue our focus on the chakra system. In this video we will be looking at the Solar plexus Chakra, colour yellow, and our crystal singing bowl which is associated with it, on the 432Hz scale this is tuned to the note E. The solar plexus chakra is located between naval and breastbone, and where our personal power is held. Self confidence, self motivation, and a sense of purpose. Its the difference between feeling empowered or low and lethargic. Playing our 432Hz crystal singing bowl will attune to your Solar Plexus and give energy healing there and to the rest of your body. You may try some breathing techniques with this, or say some affirmations such as;
I am strong
I own my power
I honour myself.
Listen, feel and visualize the sound within you. Allow the vibrations to clear any negativity and provide a positive frequency your body will attune to. Listen as many times as needed to restore positive vibrations and release anything that does not serve.
