In conversation with Udaya Shreyas, Founder of ‪@TheSanskritChannel‬, as he shares his insights and learnings from his deep and meaningful understanding of the Sanskrit language and its co-relation with Yoga.

Udaya began his journey into Yoga, with his fascination and love for Sanskrit as a language - and while embarking upon its study - also found the Yoga Sutras, which then transformed his life and helped him to find his Yoga Guru, Sadhguru-ji and the Isha Foundation. Through his immense sadhana, and study of both Yoga and Sanskrit - Udaya was able to study, learn, understand and share the knowledge and pearls of wisdom that Indic knowledge systems hold.

Today, he has created over 1000+ videos, and 100+ playlists, serving an audience of 1M+ subscribers - with his highly informative and engaging videos on all things Sanskrit, Spirituality and Indian Culture. We are truly privileged and grateful that we got to spend time with him and gain more insight into his thought process, way of being and dreams and hopes for the future of India.
