Sugar is present in many of the foods and beverages we consume every day. This lesson will teach you to be aware of the foods with added sugars in order to make healthier choices.

Ditch the Diet Club is a 12-week self-guided program designed for anyone looking to lose weight, break free from the “rules” of dieting, or simply learn how to escape the confusion of the media’s nutrition messages. Each video contains a different lesson, so it is recommended that you practice the learnings from Lesson 1 in Week 1, Lesson 2 in Week 2, and so on. Building on each habit slowly often allows for greater success.

The lessons are based on the principles of Intuitive Eating, developed by Registered Dietitians Evelyn Tribole and Elyse Resch. Intuitive Eating is a nutrition philosophy based on the idea that being in tune to your own body’s hunger and fullness signals is a more effective way to achieve a healthy weight, rather than following “diet” rules such as counting calories or fat grams.
