While traveling through California we stopped for a few days in 29 Palms near Joshua Tree and decided to play 9 holes at the Desert Winds Golf Course at 29 Palms Marine Corp Base.

The course was completely empty when we played and we had a fabulous time taking in the scenery of tanks and jeeps and howitzers that were scattered throughout the course.

Washington
Oregon
California
New Mexico
